Ankayma comes in two product lines that share one model but not one deployment.
Personal
Section titled “Personal”The self-serve line: F0 (free), F0-Plus (personal paid), and F1 (team). You sign in, your space is created, you invite clients and teammates. All the features in these docs live here. See Tiers.
Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”A separate product line, not a bigger F1: dedicated infrastructure, a tenant-scoped certificate authority, and hard isolation between organisations. It’s a guided onboarding, not a button in the app. See Enterprise.
Which am I?
Section titled “Which am I?”If you signed in and started using it, you’re on Personal. Enterprise is a deliberate, provisioned engagement — moving there is onboarding, not an in-app upgrade.
